An existing water tank near the highway is transformed into an informative advertisement structure. A translucent “stocking” envelopes all the components anchored to the concrete existing structures, evoking the image of a large fishing net, trapping LED screens. The videos are oriented on different visual axes, related to the public’s traffic flows.  If necessary, their quantity can be  increased progressively by anchoring new screens. These screen are not merely an element for the passive fruition of  ad images. Their changing position allows for a dynamic perception, based on the observers position.  The screens almost  seem to stare at the observer, following his or hermovements like the eyes of some strange animal. A series of simple, round metal frames anchored to the existing, concrete central pillar are the support for semi transparent Teflon or micro-perforated plate skin. Thanks to the ductility of this skin, it is possible to create lightning effects both day and night: gradients, transparencies and varying grades of opacity, exalting the variable geometry of the envelope. The “stocking”  join  the screens to the metal frame in a fluid movement, causing the frame to appear to push out against the transparent the trarnsparent surface. Spot lights are inserted into the translucent envelope, accenting its geometry and allowing for the activation of various  lighting scenarios.
