Dimension: 450 sqm + exteriors 600 sqm
The program consists of the recovery of an existing, generic, concrete building structure. The black band identifies all the main facilities, from the façade porch to the central fireplaces and the two swimming pools. Along this band, a stairway is placed in a central position, in the double height zone, between the skylight and the inner pool. The inner views are projected outside, beyond the perimeter of the building, with a system of hypogeal courtyards, which reduce the “basement effect” and bring back a feel of simple and complete functionality on the lower level. Two horizontal bands made of exterior finishing panels are arranged to optimize insulation. The external bands work as a visual delineation of the different theme zones, freely detached from the main volume.

Il programma prevede il recupero di una struttura edilizia generica esistente. La fascia nera centrale in marmo, connota tutte le principali componenti funzionali, dal portico sul fronte, ai camini, alle due piscine. Lungo questa fascia la scala viene posta al centro, in un vano a doppia altezza, e permette una promenade tra il lucernario e la piscina interna. Le prospettive interne procedono poi oltre le aperture perimetrali, in un sistema di cortili ipogei che allontanano il terreno circostante, recuperando la fruizione piena del piano inferiore. Le nuove fasce orizzontali dei rivestimenti esterni sono chiaramente staccate dalla sagoma perimetrale dell’edifico esistente e coibentano le murature delimitando visivamente le diverse aree tematiche esterne.
